6:00-6:30 PM Meet & Greet with Chad Prather

6:30-8:00 PM Meeting

Location: 129 S Ranch House Rd in Willow Park

We are excited to welcome common-sense conservative Republican candidate for Texas Governor Chad Prather as the keynote speaker for our August 19th meeting! We will also hear from the newly elected chair of the Texas Republican Party Matt Rinaldi. As usual, we will also get updates on local issues. Come early and chat with Chad over coffee and dessert during our meet & greet before the meeting.

Chad Prather

Called the “modern day Will Rogers,” Chad Prather is equally at home on stage or screen, musing on pop culture topics from politics, and family life to whatever inspires him on that day. Prather’s hilarious YouTube feeds are picked up by hundreds of thousands of fans as well as media: he has been on CNN, Fox News, BlazeTV, etc.  Prather counts more than one billion views received alone on Facebook.

He is fast becoming the face of the everyman and conservative common sense voice. Through the power of social media he may also be one of the most important topical humorists of these current turbulent political times.

Prather believes the great state of Texas should be a leader in the US and number one across all categories. Unfortunately Texas is no longer the Texas that most Texans think it is. He believes that trend must change by putting Texas FIRST!

Matt Rinaldi

Chairman Matt Rinaldi represented northwest Dallas County in the Texas Legislature from 2015 to 2019. During his time in office, Rinaldi was consistently rated among the top two most conservative members of the House by Rice University, Texans for Fiscal Responsibility, Young Conservatives of Texas and Texas Eagle Forum. Rinaldi was, according to the Dallas Morning News, “instrumental in strengthening the punishments in the sanctuary cities ban,” and authored and passed into law measures that: remove from office public officials who adopt sanctuary city policies, require government contractors and subcontractors to use E-Verify, revoke pensions of teachers convicted of committing sex crimes against students, allow churches to utilize volunteers to provide security services without risking heavy fines, and prohibit any taxpayer money from going to Planned Parenthood. He served as the Pro-Life Whip for Texas Right to Life in 2017.

Chairman Rinaldi earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from James Madison University. Matt attends St. Ann’s Catholic Parish in Coppell with his wife, Corley, and son, Rush.
