Eric will give us insights on the invasion that has been occurring along the Southern border, what Texas is doing about it, the broken and inefficient asylum process that serves as an anchor, how illegal immigrants cut in line to naturalize (and vote) in half the time it takes legal immigrants, the sweeping changes—and immediate dividends—of President Trump’s Executive Orders, and the legislative fixes needed to make sure this never happens again.

Eric Bales is a federal immigration prosecutor focused on disrupting transnational gangs and criminal aliens operating in Texas. His thirty-plus years of public service include time as a US Immigration Judge, military Judge Advocate, and Deputy Sheriff. He is dedicated to improving public safety and creating greater awareness of emerging threats by championing legislative reforms that will repair our broken immigration system.
