1) Tell us about yourself

I am a 5th generation Texan born and raised in Fort Worth with traditional conservative values. I am a Christian and retired biochemist who met my beautiful wife at Stockholm University. I had a life transforming event at the US Border in 2005 that dramatically changed my passion in life. We moved to Parker County in 2012 where I became involved as a conservative activist and Republican Precinct Chair. I am honored to be endorsed by conservative organizations such as Texas Right to Life, Texas Gun Rights, Gun Owners of America, Texas Eagle Forum, Texas Homeschool Coalition and Moms For Liberty – Parker County, TX among others.

2) Why are you running for office?

I am tired of Go-Along to Get-Along Republicans who lie to us about their voting records. We need bold Republican legislators who will fight back against an over-reaching federal government and fight for their constituents – not the Austin establishment!

3) If elected, what would you like to accomplish?

To secure the Texas border, provide meaningful property tax relief, increase penalties for election fraud, end vaccine mandates and to fight to pass the legislative priorities of the Republican Party of Texas. To know where I stand on the issues, please visit MikeOlcott.com.
